Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $20 to $25 an hour, + two bonuses a year Responsibilities
  • Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments. 
  • Gather and verify billing data from all departments.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
  • Prepare invoices and submit them to clients.
  • Enter approved billing adjustments to customer accounts.
  • Maintain and update customer files.
  • Maintain records regarding payments and account statuses.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Manage and audit employee vacation and sick time reports.
  • Calculate and issue final wages for terminated employees.
  • Assist customers with payment reconciliations.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors' degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting standards and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
