Shift details: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
DESCRIPTION:
Education:
High School Diploma required; AS Degree or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus but not required
Experience:
At least 2 years of Accounting, Admin, or clerical experience (from one employer)
Duties:
Assists with daily AR File Clerk duties (filing, pulling of archive invoices), assists with AR Cash Application duties which include (but not limited to) data entries into AS400, processing credit cards, sorting of Cash Receipts checks, etc.
Computer skills:
Excel, Word, Outlook, AS400 or related, other app knowledge will be helpful
Good attention to details/accurate; dependable/good attendance; self-starter/quick learner
