Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Report and manage cash flow.
  • Track letter of credit activity.
  • Prepare collateral report.
  • Reconcile loan and accounts payable bank accounts.
  • Provide bank with monthly bank reports, financial information, loan covenants.
  • Reconcile inventory and A/R.
  • Consolidate and analyze monthly financial forecast.
  • Review branch account analysis.
  • Prepare corporate account analysis and monthly journal entries
  • Prepare consolidated profit/loss and balance sheet statements
  • Coordinate quarterly bank audit and check branch quarterly analysis
  • Prepare shareholder's and note- holders financial packages.
  • Coordinate accounting for general insurance and worker's compensation programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

External Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESRequired: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of five years experience in Financial Accounting. Knowledge of financial systems software and proficiency in Excel & Word. Excellent communication and organization skills.
