You will be responsible for posting approved invoices with correct GL coding, following up on invoice status, and performing month-end duties. Your role also includes addressing vendor and employee inquiries, processing fixed assets as per policy, and tackling problems/issues twice a week. Additionally, you will undertake projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Santa Monica, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home). Initial training schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM in-office. Post-training, flexible hours between 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM are available. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.
