What you’ll do:

As the Senior Project Manager of Software Implementation, you will support software product development and implementation as a member of our high-performing Product Innovation team.

To thrive, you should have:        

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering discipline  3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment  Experience with documenting, communicating, and managing complex technical projects to achieve results that are on time and to stakeholder expectations  Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment  Comfort using task-management tools like Jira and Asana.   Effective working in a virtual environment and over web-based teleconferencing  

Your responsibilities as a Senior Program Manager - Software Implementation will include:        

Enterprise Customer Integrations: Own and manage extensive enterprise customer integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality of the company’s solutions.Platform Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge and documentation of APIs, Connector App, and Native Integrations, mentor staff, and support technical client discussions.Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects involving internal and external stakeholders, coordinate teams and meetings, develop project plans, and report on project status, risks, and improvements.Release Management: Accountable for the Release Management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across multiple applications and environments, focusing on defect and change management.Quality Assurance Support: Assist the QA team with testing data integration enhancements and manage critical platform feature testing and deployments.

Our client’s work environment and travel expectations for you as Sr. Program Manager:

This is a remote/virtual position. Local team members are expected to be on-site 2 days per week. Remote team members may be expected to travel to Indianapolis approximately 1-2x per year, based on business needs. Based on business needs, overnight travel nationwide to the corporate office or a client's office, which could include overnight travel, may be required occasionally throughout the year.You must reside in the USA and be lawfully authorized to work in the USA.
