The Account Executive is responsible for generating & closing new business and upsell/renewal opportunities in North America via effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of the full suite of Digital Pharmacist product offerings. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in office, headquartered in our Austin, TX office.

Responsibilities:

Full sales cycle inside sales position - Identify, engage, demo, and close sales opportunities through outbound callsPartner with Sales Development Reps to set meetings as well as coordinate additional follow-up activities as neededAssess prospects’ needs and tailor outreach accordinglyWork a high-velocity deal cycle managing large volume pipelineConsistently and accurately record all sales activities in Salesforce.com.Work with onboarding and delivery teams to proactively address any obstacles with new customers.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotasBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.While remote work is possible candidate will need to have the ability/desire to work in the downtown Austin Office through ramp at minimum.

Qualifications:

Associates or bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in software.Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fastExperience evaluating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of businessHeath-tech experience a plusSmart, Hungry, Humble, and curiousExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
