At Realm, we're passionate about supporting homeowners through their renovation journey and creating meaningful connections within our communities. We're currently seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our dynamic team as an Event Sales Representative. This is not your typical sales position; we're seeking someone who thrives in the lively atmosphere of community events (think: farmers markets, sporting events, retail pop-ups, etc).

We are currently hiring this position in the Bay Area, Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego.



Experiment with community marketing initiatives such as in-person retail pop-ups, farmers markets, real estate expos, and local flyering.
Perform event setup, including arranging product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
Initiate genuine conversations, effectively conveying Realm's renovation advisory service to spark interest, generate leads, book meetings, and drive sales.
Meet individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals.

Proven success in sales, preferably in events, retail, real estate, or construction.
Have access to a reliable vehicle for transporting event equipment such as a tent, table, marketing materials, etc.
Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale systems, tablets, and CRM software.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close sales
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.

Part-time position; weekend availability is required
Starting pay: $26 per hour with uncapped commission potential
Compensation will be provided on an hourly basis, with commission payment awarded monthly
Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure success in the role
