We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Technical Sales Support Representative role and become an integral part of the sales team quoting industrial PVF products.
This associate will report directly to the sales team manager. This job requires you to be in the office
Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Ferguson is looking to hire motivated Sales Support Representatives who have the desire to build a long-term career with the organization.
Support the outside sales team.
Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.
Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
Be a team player and work with our sales team to support quotations.
roviding hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
2+ years of technical sales experience in the commercial/mechanical or industrial field is required.
Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Structured and robust 8-week training program through a series of virtual classroom and 1-on-1 sessions. The training program is supplemented with on-the-job learning opportunities including hands-on experience in the warehouse and at the counter which could extend beyond the 8-week program.
