Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Appleton, WI area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements through storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
  • Review Scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property.
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking.
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners.
  • Educate customers on industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM.
  • Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Follow AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge a plus.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required.
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system preferred.
  • Self-sufficient; able to work in an independent environment.
  • Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals.
  • Valid Driver's license (Any State applicable).
  • 21 years of age or older preferred (for Insurance purposes).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Performance-based pay (based on activities).
  • Commission on approved sales.
  • $62,400 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings).
  • Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles).
