Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns; arranging and organizing merchandise; assisting members with locating merchandise.
assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity according to company policies and procedures; Assists with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures; delivering new program rollout training; and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

On average, how long does it take to fill out an application? On average, it takes 20-30 minutes to complete your application for the first time. Subsequent applications will take less time to apply as our system saves some of your application information. Can I change my application after submitting? No, you cannot change your application after submitting, so please make sure that everything is finalized before you hit the submit button.
Processing of information on paper is minimal, and Walmart processes application information using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Access to the data within the ATS is restricted to authorized personnel, and the system itself is held to high security standards by Walmart.
