This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as assigned to meet Garrison's goals. This position requires some travel to tradeshow, seminars, and other events with the expectation of at least 3 events annually.
Manages assigned accounts and maximizes inbound (IB) calls by cross-selling and up-selling products.
Completes business-to-business (B2B) sales calls to current, former, and prospective customers to meet and exceed trimester (TM) objectives.
Educates key contacts and decision-makers on product usage, ratings, safety, and performance.
Processes customer orders accurately and ensures quality customer service by resolving and documenting customer complaints and returns.
Ensures accuracy of customer data in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database by confirming and updating profiles when taking orders or making outbound (OB) calls.
Provides live product demos and educates potential customers in a virtual environment.
Acts as company representative at several annual trade shows, seminars, and other networking events.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced telephone sales environment making 100+ OB calls per day
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar customer database.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
• At least two years of B2B sales experience with proven ability to close sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and stretch goals
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and talking on the telephone.
• Ability to travel regularly and spend long periods in a vehicle.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times during travel.
