What does an Assistant Project Manager do at Blackdog?
An Assistant Project Manager at Blackdog is an integral part of building our award-winning projects. They utilize their skills and knowledge under the direction of the Project Manager, to successfully manage remodeling projects ranging in size from $25K to $750K. Our Assistant Project Manager diligently ensures, that projects are delivered on time and on budget in a way that exceeds our client's expectations.
Job Requirements of an Assistant Project Manager include:
Help to oversee all aspects of constructions projects from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Communicate with onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Pull building permits in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
Familiarity with construction management software
Solid skills with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, and Word
UDA Construction Online and Quickbooks software Experience a plus
Strong leadership qualities
Dental and other supplemental insurances available
