Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a foreman and a crane operator.
- Lead a team of skilled construction workers.
- Utilize a total station for project management.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
- Alternatively, a recent graduate with an engineering degree will be considered.
- Experience in supervising a foreman and a crane operator.
- Preferably, experience in bridge construction or concrete projects.
Compensation and Benefits
The selected Superintendent will receive:
- A competitive base salary starting at $120K, negotiable based on experience.
