Exciting opportunity to join Nashua Center as a Full-Time Assistant House Manager and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As an onsite role in Nashua, NH, you will have the opportunity to directly witness the difference you make each day. With a competitive pay range of $19-$21 per hour, you can truly feel valued for your dedication and hard work. This is a hands-on role, and the scheduled hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 am to 6 pm and EITHER Saturday OR Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

What would you do as aN Assistant House Manager

As an Assistant Residential House Manager at Nashua Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals to enhance their skills for independent community living. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and attending community trips, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and providing personalized care to residents. By fostering a supportive and empowering environment, you will help individuals with disabilities thrive in the least restrictive setting possible. To excel as an Assistant Residential House Manager at Nashua Center, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role within Human Services or possess a 2-year degree in a relevant field (preferably Human Services). Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and electronic filing systems is essential for effective communication and task management. The ability to relate to and advocate for adults with disabilities demonstrates empathy and a commitment to their well-being. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
