  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of propulsion systems relevant to shipbuilding, including the ability to oversee the integration and testing of propulsion components
  • Manage and supervise ship construction activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety standards
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, challenges, and obstacles throughout the shipbuilding process to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Establish effective communication channels with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
