Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Consultant

The Internet Sales Consultant stands at the center of communication for David Auto. A successful Internet Sales Consultant is a team player who cultivates relationships with prospects and customers. An Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for:

· Answering customer phone calls and establishing follow-up with an ultimate goal of creating a sales appointment in the showroom.

· Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates is expected.

· Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

· Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

Qualifications of an Internet Sales Consultant at David Auto

We are looking for a team member who has had at least one previous role based in phone sales or customer service experience. The ideal candidate is a positive and hardworking individual with a prompt and polite demeanor who is eager to succeed and improve within the workplace. Strong computer and writing skills are preferred for this position.
