As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for all clients bringing their vehicles in for maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process in a seamless and professional manner. This process starts with a thorough inspection of the vehicle, collecting relevant vehicle details, and attentively listening to the customer’s concerns to accurately assess the situation.
Requirements for Automotive Customer Service Consultants:
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in vehicle repair or service is preferred
• Background in customer service is advantageous
