* * Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly smile and ensure personal interaction by making eye contact upon arrival.
* Conduct tours of the hotel's amenities, services, facilities, and available activities to familiarize guests with the offerings.
* Professionally handle incoming phone calls, taking necessary notes and information as required.
* Learn and utilize the Lark Hotels reservation system following the established procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong communication skills, showcase excellent organizational abilities, and exhibit effective time management skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field required.
* Proficient in handling phone calls and effectively managing challenging situations.
* Possess outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
