Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly smile and ensure personal interaction by making eye contact upon arrival.
Conduct tours of the hotel's amenities, services, facilities, and available activities to familiarize guests with the offerings.
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, taking necessary notes and information as required.
Learn and utilize the Lark Hotels reservation system following the established procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong communication skills, showcase excellent organizational abilities, and exhibit effective time management skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field required.
Completion of high school, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
Proficient in handling phone calls and effectively managing challenging situations.
Possess outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
