Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a bilingual paralegal to join a fantastic law firm in the downtown Portland area The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct experience within this practice of law and be fluent in Spanish verbally & written. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Pay is offered at a competitive rate and is based upon experience.

Duties Include…

· Assist lawyers with ongoing cases and maintaining connections with clients.

· Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, interview clients, file documents for court, attention to detail.

· They organize and maintain files, update records, and manage correspondence

· checking facts, trial preparation., analyses and input legal data, assist attorney during trials, draft affidavits and prepare depositions.

· Interviewing witnesses, taking witness statements & locating, as well as producing discovery, and retaining relationships throughout the case.
