Compensation:
$75K and above, depending on experience.

Work Environment:
This is a fully in-person role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct client intake
2. Request and manage medical records and bills
3. Organize and process medical documentation
4. Prepare comprehensive summaries of medical bills
5. Handle front desk reception tasks
6. Communicate effectively with clients, lien holders, healthcare providers, and legal professionals
7. Review, analyze, and summarize medical records
8. Prepare demand letters
9. Assist in discovery and document production
10. Support other paralegals with overflow tasks as necessary

Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in personal injury law
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Outgoing and collaborative team player
- Willingness to engage in a variety of tasks
