RWJBarnabas Health is seeking experienced RNs to join our Telemetry System-Wide Float Pool. In this role, R'Ns have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within the Telemetry specialty while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RN's support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. There are opportunities available to float regionally (to the northern or the southern region sites) or to float throughout the entire RWJBH system.
Enhanced Float Differentials offered based on region.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Telemetry Specialty is required to be considered for this role
Current New Jersey RN license
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
BLS, ACLS
Travel to the various hospitals within the RWJBarnabas Health system
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to be an effective role model to others
Flexibility and adaptability to meet system staffing needs as required
Successful completion of all Orientation programs
Preferred:
Telemetry certification strongly preferred
BSN strongly preferred
Scheduling Requirements:
~ Three 12-hour shifts per week
