Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Halifax Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit at our Medical Center of Port Orange.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing, collecting, and documenting patient data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement individual patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
  • Engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assume responsibility for professional growth and accountability, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications as required by the unit or area.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
