Handles travel reservations for various personnel traveling on company business, as needed.
Enters expense reports into online reporting system.
Responsible for coordinating tradeshows including, but not limited to, maintaining the tradeshow schedule, exhibit registrations and payment for services, packaging and shipping of product samples, product literature, booth structural materials and graphics.
Prepares presentations, charts/graphs, spreadsheets, books, and other materials.
Prepares replies to routine inquires and provides backup material for review.
Screens incoming telephone calls and provides assistance exercising good judgment to make proper referral or take a message.
Acts as liaison with management and operational personnel within the Kaman structure.
Provides administrative support to the Quality and Supply Chain departments on an as-needed basis.
Provides backup support for the President’s executive administrative assistant and Bushings Production Control.
Participates in training/learning other positions. Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of administrative assisting or office experience preferred
