**About the role**

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our fast-growing team who will work on the newly established restaurant business line. As the owner of the restaurant product, you will have the opportunity to build entirely novel food ordering experiences for millions of users.

Weees growth is on an exponential curve, and we are constantly expanding into new business space. As a product manager for restaurant initiatives, you will work closely with various internal stakeholders including business, operations, drivers, marketing, as well as external business partners in scaling Weees restaurant line to success. You will own every aspect of the development process, from ideation and visioning to working directly with designers and engineers, as well as operations and merchandising, to implement and launch features. You will use your start-up mindset and your full range of product development skills to produce elegantly simple yet robust features focused on enabling our restaurant initiatives, ranging from merchant experience to consumer ordering funnel.

**Responsibilities:**

* As the owner of the restaurant product, create end-to-end, iterative product roadmaps and ensure alignment across leadership and product and engineering teams

* Own the vision for how we make sure each delivery is perfect for our consumers and restaurant partners

* Work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to set and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

* Collect insights via understanding user needs, analytics, user feedback, internal stakeholders, and market exploration.

* Identify the biggest problems to solve and ruthlessly prioritize them. Drive new feature development from start to finish.

* Work alongside your engineering and design partners across the entire Weee platform - consumer, merchant, and driver - to build the features that best achieve your goals

* Create direct relationships with restaurants and consumers to deeply understand their perspectives and pain points as you develop your strategy

* Focus on developing and testing hypotheses and iterating rapidly as you build your perspective on how to win in this area

**Key Qualifications:**

* BS in CS, engineering, or related fields

* Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in ecommerce/marketplace products

* Able to thrive in a cross-functional world where youre closely partnered and aligned with your engineering, design and operations counterparts, and you know how to keep everyone working together toward a common goal

* Shipped creative and highly successful front and backend projects, including mobile UX as well as internal tools

* Strong customer empathy and UX skills; an eye for design, usability, and user delight

* Results-driven and a self-starter with high tolerance of ambiguity; experience working at a startup a plus

* Prior experience working with cross-functional partners such as business, operations, merchandising, finance, etc

* Excellent in written and verbal communications

* Comfort working with product analytics to produce actionable insights.

* Experience working with a remote engineering team a plus

* Conversational in Mandarin a plus
