  • Area Sales Objectives

  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant operational performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a sense of urgency and personal accountability to restaurant standards and company policies.
    • Conduct regular unit visits to hold managers accountable for operational standards and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Team Building and Development
    • Recruit, select, train, and develop management and team members to build high-performing teams.
    • Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet performance standards.
    • Enforce company policies and procedures, including performance improvement plans and IDP development activities.
  • Financial Management
    • Meet area financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
    • Assist in setting restaurant budgets to ensure operations drive profitability.
    • Review restaurant results daily/weekly and provide coaching and feedback to drive results.
Requirements
  • Multi-unit supervisory experience in a food service environment, preferably with Pizza Hut.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operational performance standards and metrics.
  • Good business math and accounting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with restaurant managers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and resolve conflicts.
