- Operational Excellence
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant operational performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a sense of urgency and personal accountability to restaurant standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular unit visits to hold managers accountable for operational standards and provide coaching and feedback.
- Team Building and Development
- Recruit, select, train, and develop management and team members to build high-performing teams.
- Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet performance standards.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including performance improvement plans and IDP development activities.
- Financial Management
- Meet area financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
- Assist in setting restaurant budgets to ensure operations drive profitability.
- Review restaurant results daily/weekly and provide coaching and feedback to drive results.
- Multi-unit supervisory experience in a food service environment, preferably with Pizza Hut.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operational performance standards and metrics.
- Good business math and accounting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with restaurant managers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and resolve conflicts.
