We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Midwest region to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales and expand our market presence across 12 states in the Midwest region. Your expertise will be essential in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting Florim's innovative tile solutions and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.
Conduct Market Research and Analysis
Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans
Track and Report on Sales Performance
Conduct Regular Sales Calls and Client Follow-ups
Travel up to 80% throughout the Midwest region
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
~3-4 years of sales experience, flooring or interior design industry would be a advantage
~ Previous experience as an A&D or flooring representative preferred
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
~ Comfortable with extensive travel up to 80% and managing multiple client relationships

Must be able to travel extensively within the Midwest region (80% travel by car or air)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
