We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated entry-level Customer Success Manager who will join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will act as a primary touch-point for our customers, helping to maximize their satisfaction and ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
* Problem-solving skills surrounding customer service issues and concerns.
* Previous experience in customer success or account management role.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
* Knowledge or interest in sustainable energy products and services.
* Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
