The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for partnering with all levels of leadership to provide guidance and direction on human capital solutions. This individual will work closely with their entity Senior Director/Director of Human Resources, HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and entity leadership team.
Partners with leadership on acquisitions and departmental restructuring to support and facilitate on-boarding, change management, re-design, position placements, etc. 
including employee relations, performance management and ensuring consistency on goal setting, pay positioning and performance differentiation and distribution.
Facilitates employee relations activities including partnering with leadership on initiating corrective action and associated follow-up including conducting staff interviews, investigations, discussions with managers, documentation.
Utilizes data to analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Senior Director/Director to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Forecasts & plans talent pipeline requirements in line with function or business strategy.
Develops strategies to foster employee engagement and commitment.
Maintains knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
Seeing as it relates to general, near and visual monotony.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred. Experience with an HRIS System preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
