Account Managers use their knowledge and experience to help customers receive loans as quickly as possible. Field inbound and make outbound calls to help customers with loan applications
Organize customer documents and information
Provide accurate information about Lift Credit products and services
Provide outstanding customer service to Lift Credit customers
Exemplary writing and verbal communication skills
Computer literate
1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred
