Your role as a Childcare Specialist

As a new Childcare Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect each day to be dynamic and fulfilling. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and engaging with children in various activities, maintaining a safe and clean childcare environment, and supporting the mothers in their treatment by providing childcare assistance. Your schedule will follow a 4/10 shift, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm. This structure allows for extended days of quality interactions with the children and cohesive teamwork with your colleagues.

For this role you will also be helping to provide daily transportation for the adult women (and their children) by driving a 15 passenger van. For this reason, you must be 21 years of age to qualify for this position

You will also have the opportunity to receive guidance and training to ensure your success in this vital role.
