Description

Fernish is seeking a Partnerships intern who will be responsible for increasing our revenue and customer acquisition through our partnerships in real estate, HR/Benefits and other key verticals. As one of the founding members of the business development & partnerships team, you will lead the direction and strategy for building and scaling key partnerships end-to-end. Success will require a number of different disciplines, including partner and relationship management, account growth, sales, marketing, and an overall entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity in order to grow each partnership into a robust revenue channel. Youll need to do the scrappy work to test new ideas, develop unique approaches and help build the future of how the real estate and furniture industries work together. You will report to the Manager of Senior Partnerships. What you get to do: ? Manage a key portfolio of channel partnerships across a number of different verticals - including residential real estate, HR/Benefits, entertainment and technology - and their attributable P&Ls, growing revenue through all post-contract phases (i.e. onboarding & launch, engagement, technical integrations, marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, quarterly reporting, etc.). ? Hold scheduled calls and presentations with partners to grow customer acquisition and revenue, finding new ways to deepen and expand the partnership to create mutual value. ? Be the companys central hub in the holistic partner growth strategy and a business owner with an eye on revenue and contribution margin. ? Continue developing Fernishs sales and order fulfillment process for clients in a number of verticals, working closely with senior leadership to optimize the pipeline and process. ? Rigorously analyze partner performance, provide key requirements to technical teams to establish and improve partner tracking mechanisms. Regularly ideate/update long-term plans for each partnership. ? Contribute to financial analysis, roadmap planning, tech and product scoping, monitoring engagement/retention, and general health of relationship. ? Work with leadership on cross-functional strategic projects, including developing design services, B2B sales initiatives and more. Your background likely includes: ? Basic overall experience in sales, marketing, partner management or business development experience ? Strong partner management and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and build existing partner channels ? A familiarity with basic customer acquisition funnel metric tracking and growth tactics ? Creative problem solving: You will need to think outside the box for ways to structure partnerships and create win-wins for Fernish and partners ? An intense drive and motivation to win: Constantly finding new ways to get in front of partners with Fernishs products & services to beat the competition ? Excellent listening and communication skills: You are able to understand customer needs and can articulate the benefits of Fernish to solve those needs ? Must be proficient in Powerpoint and Excel ? CRM Bonus Points ? CRM - Salesforce or Pipedrive ? Multifamily experience
