At Side, we believe in empowering individuals to own their path in the real estate industry. As the Head of Sales, you will lead our Ambassador team to drive aggressive growth outcomes for Side. Reporting directly to the president, you will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious growth targets, recruiting and retaining high-performing Ambassadors, and ensuring the team is equipped with the tools and training necessary to excel. Collaborate with revenue operations and finance to establish ambitious yet achievable growth targets
Develop clear performance and behavioral expectations for the team
Implement a comprehensive training program to support ongoing skill development
Deploy a performance management system to drive accountability and results
Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, and enablement to maximize market opportunities
Make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies
Proficiency in generalist sales and revenue technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
Ability to travel occasionally as needed
