Our search is on for a strategic, dynamic Head of Staking to spearhead our expansion into new protocols and upscale our operations, with a significant emphasis on customer success and sales.
Job Description: The Head of Staking at Proof Group will play a crucial role in the advancement of our staking business, overseeing a vast array of assets and pioneering our foray into various protocols. This position demands a unique combination of strategic insight, leadership prowess, a customer-centric approach, and a strong sales orientation. A key aspect of your role will involve achieving and exceeding performance quotas, underlining the critical role of customer success and sales in our expansion strategy. Your collaboration will be primarily with the engineering team to innovate and enhance staking solutions that meet our high standards for security, performance, and profitability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategically direct the expansion of our staking operations into new protocols, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Manage our asset portfolio to optimize performance, security, and profitability, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the staking landscape to extend our services, amplify our market presence, and boost sales.
- Ensure a seamless collaboration with the engineering team to develop and implement cutting-edge, secure, and efficient staking solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and technological innovations to ensure Proof Group remains a competitive force.
- Develop and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in cryptocurrency staking, finance, or a related area, with a strong grasp of blockchain technology and a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into actionable, customer-oriented strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective customer interactions and partnership development.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and best practices in the cryptocurrency and staking sectors.
