HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Director of Program Management for a new, single award task order contract to provide SOCPAC, its service component commands, and its strategic and operational partners with enterprise C5ISR and ancillary services. The Director of Program Management will be the primary customer contact, responsible for the profit and loss (P&L), schedule, and technical performance of this complex program, as well as coordination with various subcontractors. Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for assigned programs, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Provide comprehensive program management oversight, coordinating program requirements with subcontractors and employees, including lower-level management.
Serve as the primary customer contact, leading program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; or 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field.
A minimum of ten years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a program similar in scope and complexity.
A minimum of five years’ experience working with ISR technologies, military operations, and intelligence life cycle.
A minimum of five years’ experience as a site lead and/or managing flight operations for ISR platforms in austere environments.
A minimum of five years’ experience managing performance-based projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
