About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Developing high-quality PowerPoint materials to support project presentations and reports
  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless project execution
  • Processing travel requests and supporting trip reports
  • Capturing meeting minutes and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to draw connections in presentations
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
  • A current DoD security clearance, minimum Secret
Desired Qualifications

We are also looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years of experience working with DoD/DHS
  • Experience working with TYCOM staff
  • Knowledge of Navy acquisition program office organizations and processes
  • Experience working with international partners
