Description

As a Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Moore's products in the market and working to develop products with business leaders around the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch plans for our portfolio of products. You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Director of Brand Marketing, and other marketing, sales, communications, and business leaders to ensure the project strategy aligns with Moore's marketing objectives and target markets. You will also be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

Opportunity can be in Baltimore, MD, Lanham, MD, Boston, MA, Westminister, CO or Tulsa, OK

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels
  • Proven track record of leading and executing successful product launches and campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights and generate innovative and effective marketing solutions
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
  • Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree. Education in marketing, design, communication, or related field a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B setting with data products and/or in the consumer data space.
Essential Functions
  • Develop, implement, and communicate the product marketing vision, goals, and roadmap
  • Develop and implement product positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and value propositions that resonate with nonprofit decision makers and differentiate us from competitors
  • Plan and execute product launches and campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, events, digital ads, video ads, and public relations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create and deliver product marketing collateral, such as website copy, brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, and videos.
  • Establish, measure, and report on product marketing results and use these data to improve future results
  • Build trusted internal and external relationships
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in product marketing, and apply them to Moore's marketing
  • Develop and manage the product marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
