The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the budgets and goals set for the branch by growing the branch’s profitability through sales, marketing, recruiting, and cost management. The primary responsibility of the Selling Branch Manager is to plan, develop, and direct all activities, including sales and operations of branch and staff employees.

Recruit, train, and develop all branch staff.
· Manage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch by ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
· Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
· Attend networking and community events held during and after hours.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to worksite evaluation through the first invoice. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs in meetings via in-person, phone, or video conference.
· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
· Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems.
· Proven ability to manage sales, operations, and financial aspects and meet and exceed budgets and goals.
· Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Ability to process information quickly and efficiently and apply practical solutions to problems Ability to be flexible in schedule when required to meet deadlines.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Daily travel within the territory via personal vehicle.
