  11. Collaborates with other educators to promote best practices in literacy instruction.
  12. Participates in ongoing professional development to enhance instructional skills and knowledge.
  13. Conducts classroom instruction that aligns with established curriculum frameworks.
  14. Provides support during emergency situations as needed within the educational setting.
  15. Acts as a resource for colleagues and the community regarding literacy education initiatives.
