SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MID ATLANTIC REGION.

As the leader of the Mid Atlantic team, the Senior Vice President will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and provide overall day to day management of the regional business unit. The SVP's primary role is to set the strategic direction of the region, then build a management team and business processes to execute and achieve the strategic initiative.

Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction to the Mid Atlantic region, setting strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the company's mission and vision.

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mid Atlantic business unit, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all departments.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, develop business strategies, and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.

Financial Management: Oversee the region's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Organizational Culture: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges facing the company and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's long-term stability and resilience.

Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to ethical standards and corporate governance best practices.

Industry and Public Engagement: Engagement with industry trade and public civic organizations to represent the company.

Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments, driving innovation and adaptation within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in executive leadership roles, with a track record of effectively leading and managing teams and achieving business objectives.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the civil construction industry in which the company operates, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees, build relationships with stakeholders, and represent the company effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify and address complex business challenges, make sound decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Results Orientation: Commitment to achieving measurable results and driving performance improvement throughout the organization.

Integrity and Ethics: A commitment to upholding high ethical standards and acting with integrity in all business dealings.

Education: B.S degree with an MBA highly desirable.
