Responsibilities Managing and executing a successful communication plan with each client Nurturing and expanding client relationships Successfully delivering the Mavenspire value proposition focusing on our key SMART as a Service Offerings Work with a team and tools to ensure efforts are always focused and strategic Required Skills and Attributes At least 4 years of sales or client management experience 1+ year of service sales experience in technology and/or cybersecurity industry High level of comfort with email, web, and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions Love of communicating, with clients and colleagues, and high empathy Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Desire to understand and explore new technologies, to grow skills and understanding on an ongoing basis Attention to process and detail Creative problem solving with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of sales and technical situations Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment Able to produce in a virtual office environment Competency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is an advantage as well Benefits Insurance Health Vision Dental Short and Long term Disability AFLAC Accident and Voluntary Life Coverage FSA 401K Plan with match College American 529 plan Location: Maryland, United States Salary: $119,340.00 – $157,950.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
