Responsibilities Responsible to drive the Finance, Accounts, Inventory &Dispatch sections and all related activities of iTriangle lnfotech & Its subsidiares. Responsible to drive the company's financial planning. Responsible to fulfilment of statutory compliance without attracting penalty& interest. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations. Manage vendor relationships; coordinate with banks and other financialinstitutions. Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions for funding requirementswhenever necessary. Prepare monthly Financial MIS report as desired by Investors. Represent company for financial due diligence with prospective investors. Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies. Should supervise, coordinate and monitor dally finance, accounts and inventoryoperations Should take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts,general ledger, payroll and Utilites, revenue and expenditure variance analysis and fixed assetregister. Should Monitor and analyse overall accounting data including inventory data Should adhere to proper accounting policies and principles. Should monitor KRAs of reporting people and ensure they are performing thoseactivities. Should produce financial reports and statements as per the company schedule. Should prepare balance sheet and present MIS reports to the Board of Directors. Should ensure statutory compliance including but not limited to GST, PT, PF,ESI, MCA filings etc. Should help and co-ordinate in closing statutory and internal audits. Should ensure physical check of inventory is being conducted as per the company schedule and standards. Building, managing & coaching the Finance, Accounts, Inventory &Dispatch teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
