## Duties
- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgery
- Set up surgical instruments and equipment
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons during procedures
- Maintain a sterile field during surgery
- Handle specimens for laboratory analysis
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Assist with data collection and medical records documentation
- Monitor vital signs of patients during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in aseptic technique
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures
- Experience in critical care or acute care settings
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong data collection abilities
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
