Anchor Physical Therapy is more unique in this area. We are one of the few clinics left that is not double-booking and is family owned. We have built trust with our patients and referring providers because of the high-quality care we give. And we have a happy staff because we value work and family life balance. Please note - we are a smaller company and do not have openings as frequently. Once this position is filled, it may be a while before another opens up again. *Pay*:
0-2 years experience - *$45/hour*
5 years + experience - *$50/hour*
*Schedule*: M-F regular business hours. Part-time and Saturdays also available if desired.
*Treatment*: We schedule 40-minute appointment times. All patient care is one-on-one, and we do not double book.
*Patient population*: We see all age ranges and a variety of outpatient diagnoses. This position is ideal for anyone interested in gaining a broad knowledge in general outpatient ortho while still having opportunities to specialize if desired.
*Benefits: *Full-time staff receive medical, dental, vacation, sick, vision savings plan, personal days, 6 paid holidays, license reimbursement, generous con-ed budget (see below), retirement with 3% match. Part-time staff receive vacation, sick, personal days, 3 paid holidays, license reimbursement, unlimited con-ed, and retirement with 3% match.
*Continuing Ed: *All physical therapists receive an annual continuing education budget of $5000 (can include travel expenses) in addition to 5 paid days of for con. ed. travel.
*Mentoring for New Grads: *We offer an extensive mentoring program for all new grads that includes (but is not limited to) weekly one-on-one time with the company owner and live experiences in the OR.
