Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Tacoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients with a variety of physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct patient education and training to promote independence and self-management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
