Role Description
Calling all sports fans... The team of five PTs at 3Dimensional Physical Therapy & Sports Conditioning in Tacoma, WA is looking for a fun and motivated PT who cares about what they do and their patients. The engaging environment at our private practice is very encouraging about helping PTs grow and learn. There is a good mix of newer and experienced PTs who continue to strive to improve.
We have an active and inspiring caseload of all ages that will keep you thinking. A knowledge of sports is definitely a plus with our clientele as we see indoor and outdoor competitors. You will have plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to get to know your patients to provide quality care that will result in positive outcomes. Most of our 45 minute treatments are provided in an open space that fosters collaboration between PTs. The main treatment room has top of the line equipment and large windows to take in the views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier.
New grads are welcome and experienced PTs that continue to strive for improvement are also encouraged to apply. Our offer is for full time but a roll with fewer hours can be accommodated if you are the right fit for our team. Qualifications
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
- Strong knowledge of sports and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
- Experience in assessing and diagnosing movement dysfunctions and developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to have fun at work.
