About the Role We are seeking consultative sales professionals ready to make an immediate and lasting impact. In this senior, remote role you will sell transformative, AI‑driven migration solutions and GAP Engineering services to enterprise decision‑makers, navigating complex organizations, engaging senior stakeholders, and becoming a trusted advisor who lands new revenue and expands existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Execute a consultative sales approach, articulating the strategic value of GAPVelocity AI’s AI‑driven migration solutions. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving GAPVelocity AI’s rapid growth trajectory. Proactively identify and develop new opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers to secure budget approval and strategic alignment. Collaborate with internal teams—including Solution Architects and Delivery Managers—and align with Engineering and Marketing to deliver seamless client experiences and expand account revenue. Champion and sell GAP’s broader portfolio of services to existing and new clients, maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling. Supported by Growth engine generating qualified leads. Solution Architects providing technical expertise on client calls. Marketing‑driven lead generation campaigns and content resources. CRM and AI sales automation tools. Ongoing sales training and AI certification programs. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of consultative enterprise sales experience, ideally selling technology services, modernization, or AI‑driven solutions. Exceptional skill in navigating complex organizations and influencing key stakeholders. Professional courage to transition from technical scout to authority. Proven success in proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship‑building. Collaborative mindset with strong internal influence, communication, and persuasion skills. Experience moving beyond fixed‑price selling toward solution‑oriented, consultative engagements. Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
