Pay Details:

Pay Breakdown:

Weekly travel stipend: $29/hr

Weekly Taxable: $26/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, triage, and inpatient settings, with knowledge of Epic software and proficiency in venipuncture.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes, Level II Trauma Centers, and ophthalmology clinics
- Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and assist with pain management
- Perform venipuncture and IV therapy as needed
- Utilize Epic software for documentation and patient care coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with coding standards

Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or similar setting
- Proficiency in venipuncture and IV therapy
- Experience working in Level II Trauma Centers or nursing homes is preferred
- Knowledge of pain management techniques and ophthalmology practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
