Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient teaching activities under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform non-professional nursing care duties, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration.
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute).
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- One year of clinical experience preferred, with prior experience using electronic medical record systems.
