We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Consulting Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed organization in the Engineering industry. This role is integral to ensuring our clients receive the finest service possible while navigating our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong customer service background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Analyzing complex customer inquiries and problems, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.
6. Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Providing technical support to customers as needed, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Consulting Customer Service Representative position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience in pricing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer support.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
6. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, as well as a basic understanding of engineering concepts and terminology.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
